China to Hold Robot Olympics in 2010

(via @leesean) The Robot Olympics are to be taken place at Harbin with 16 different events where the robots must resemble humans (two arms, two legs, no wheels). Robots now have their own World Cup, an event run by the Federation of International Robot-Soccer Associations (FIRA), the RoboGames which take place in California and Roboexotica which are basically flirty bartender robots. Hm, could the Flight of the Conchords be on to something? Come on sucker, lick my battery.
